New Student to SAISD and Make-Up Registration

Friday, Aug. 16, 2013  9am - 12noon and 1 -5 pm

New Student to SAISD must provide all documents listed below.

The dates listed above are the only days you can register before school starts.  If you cannot attend on either date, please call the Guidance Center (947-3841 ext #106, after Aug. 1st) to make other arrangements.

Returning Students  -  Registration packets will NOT be mailed out this year.

Parent/Guaridan must attend registration and provide

'Proof of Residence'. 

7th Graders must bring updated Immunization Record 

(If you have an appt. that falls after registration, please bring a copy of your appt. card in order for you to be allowed to complete registration.)

6th Grade 'O' Camp (Student Only)

Thursday, Aug. 22, 2013  1:30 - 4:30pm

Buses will be provided from home campus

New Student to SAISD

Required Documents to bring with you to Registration:

• Birth Certificate

• Social Security Card

• Updated Immunization Record

• Copy of Proof of Address

Parent/Legal Guardian's name must be on information provided for proof of address.

  The following is accepted for proof of residence:

• Utility bill: Water, Electric, Gas, Cable, or Phone Bill

• Rent Receipt w/address or lease agreement or property deed

• Voter's Registration
